Our Policy
  • As soon as you place an order, someone from the team will contact you to confirm the availability of the selected date and items

  • If the date and items are available, a payment link will be send

  • To confirm the reservation, a payment link will be send via email/ Whatsapp to pay a deposit of 50% of the total package/items price

  • The remaining 50% of the package/items should be paid at the same day of the delivery

  • The delivery charge will be charged separately

  • The reservation will be cancelled if the payment is not transferred within a day of the reservation

  • Priority is given to those who confirm the reservation by paying a deposit

  • The reservation date can be changed one day before the confirmed day

  • The booking has to be done two days before the delivery day, however, if you want to book on the same day of delivery, you need to book before 10 AM and there will be an additionally charge of 50 AED

  • An additional 50% of the package/items is a grantee, which will be deducted in case of damage to the items

  • When the items are returned in good condition, the grantee will be refunded after two days of receiving the items

  • You can rent the packages for a total of four hours. This may be extending for a charge of 150 AED additionally for each hour, until a maximum of 12 AM

  • In case of bad weather, reservations will be postponed for another day

  • The customer is responsible for safety and cleanliness of all items after usage
